Well everybody, we've finally decided to take the plunge into home ownership. We've been looking for a few months and we have found what we're looking for. We're very excited about it and our offer was accepted last week and we will close on the 3rd of March. I have some pictures here for all who would like to look at our new humble abode.

PS my husband Shad DeGiulio just graduated with his bachelors degree in nursing from WSU in dec. and I know a few others in the program.
Congratulations on the house. Isn't it exciting! Your first home, yippee! Now if you are anything like us it will take a while to fill it with stuff.
